Arrival and Departure

For guests requiring wheelchair assistance and having booked their flight through TUI Cruises, we offer barrier-free transfers between the airport and the ship. This service accommodates a wheelchair user plus one companion in a ramp car, or up to two companions in a standard car, including regular luggage. Should additional passengers or special luggage need to be accommodated, arrangements for a minivan transfer can be made.

TUI Cruises ensures seamless transfers for all guests, offering special vehicle options for those with extra needs. If individual travel arrangements are made, paid wheelchair transfers between the airport and the ship can also be organized upon request. A detailed questionnaire will be provided at the time of booking to ensure your specific transfer needs are met.
