Boarding Accessibility

Airport Transportation

For a seamless journey, Celebrity Cruises can arrange accessible transportation between the airport and the pier upon request. This service is complimentary for air/sea guests and cruise-only transfer bookings. Please note that availability may vary outside the U.S.

Extra Assistance at the Pier

We offer boarding and departure assistance to guests with mobility disabilities. Simply request assistance upon arrival at the pier or contact us in advance to ensure your needs are prioritized during boarding. While we make every effort to assist, please be aware that certain conditions at ports may limit accessibility.

Assistance Onboard

We provide reasonable mobility assistance for accessing areas of the ship that may not be fully accessible.

Ports That Require Tendering

Some ports require tender service to reach land and do not offer a direct ship-to-shore connection. While we strive to accommodate guests with assistive devices, factors like steepness of the gangway and weather conditions may affect accessibility. We prioritize safety and are unable to lift guests or equipment.

Accessible Staterooms

Our special needs accessible staterooms are designed to enhance your comfort and convenience. Features include wider doors, roll-in showers, grab bars, lower sink and vanity, bathroom grab bars, higher toilet, and ramped thresholds. Before your cruise departs, email your itinerary to shorexaccess@celebrity.com and share your preferences. Our Shore Excursion Coordinator will help you discover accessible tours at various ports. These guided excursions cover city centers, ancient ruins, scenic coastal drives, beautiful beaches, and even wheelchair-accessible trains like the White Pass Scenic Railway in Skagway, Alaska.

Service Animals

We welcome service dogs on all our ships. Please note that we do not accept Emotional Support Dogs or Pets. Service animals are defined as dogs individually trained to perform tasks for the benefit of persons with disabilities.

We offer autism-friendly interactive initiatives for families, including sensory-friendly films, toys, and dietary menu options. Our commitment to accessibility extends to:

• Camp at Sea toilet-trained policy exception
