In my opinion, I would only consider sites or an agency that has an “accessible” web site and is owned and operated by a person(s) with a disability such as Travel for All, headquartered in Canada, in addition to the following:

This includes details about wheelchair accessibility, accessible transportation options, accessible accommodations, and specific services or amenities available for people with disabilities. Transparent and detailed information will help you assess whether the travel experience meets your accessibility needs and preferences.
